Varisara Anansiribovorn (Thailand) is a highly accomplished procurement professional with over 15 years of experience supporting global development operations, primarily with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF). She brings extensive expertise in strategic procurement planning, contract management, quality assurance, and operational support in field and headquarters settings across Asia-Pacific and global programs.

Throughout her career, Varisara has led and managed high-impact procurement projects, including establishing Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for construction consulting firms, medical supplies responding to COVID-19, and hospitality services for multi-agency events. She has overseen procurement and administrative units, managing up to 13 staff teams. She has served as Secretary of the Procurement Review Committee for the UNDP’s Asia-Pacific region.

Her work includes senior roles such as Procurement and Administrative Analyst at UNDP’s Bangkok Regional Hub, Procurement and Quality Assurance Analyst at UNDP HQ, and most recently as Programme Procurement Analyst for UNCDF’s Local Climate Adaptive Living Facility (LoCAL), where she supported procurement across multiple global regions.

Ms. Anansiribovorn holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and a BBA in International Business Management from Assumption University in Bangkok. She is certified in Strategic Public Procurement (CIPS Level 4) and has completed additional training in organizational behavior and procurement strategy.
